Christopher Farr Cloth, Anni Albers Collection

This beautiful screen was made in collaboration with Christopher Farr Cloth to showcase their Anni Albers collection of woven fabrics and wall coverings at the London Kings Road showroom. Our custom handmade walnut screen features two colour iterations of the brand’s new 'Camanio Real’ weave, shown here in Terracotta and Denim. 

Anni Albers is known for her skill as a weaver and her acute understanding of art and design, Albers was a truly inspiring artist who pioneered twentieth-century modernism. The inspiration for 'Camino Real' weave came from a preparatory study in the 1960s. Anni was commissioned to produce a wall hanging installation for the Camino Real Hotel in Mexico.
